To date, apartments with small dimensions are a very priority point in solving the problems associated with housing. Even the smallest apartment is able to get along with fashionable and convenient solutions. Perhaps, it was thanks to this that such apartments became a very frequent guest in the projects of the developers near Moscow.
Accessibility and, importantly – the quality of such compact housing eventually led to the fact that the demand for small apartments increased sharply, while experts noted the low level of the offer in the market of such apartments.
Commercial Director of Gorodok, Arkady Lithuanian, says that during the design of apartments, his company tried to really take into account all the needs of the middle class, as well as the possibilities of these.
