The construction of the shopping center in the Crimea was stopped

By a court decision, the construction of a new shopping and entertainment center in Crimea was suspended. In the central part of Simferopol, a plot of 200 square meters was surrounded by a fence, which immediately caused a lot of discontent among local residents. Now, the Economic Court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea has decided to stop the construction of a shopping and entertainment complex, which was supposed to be built in the central part of the city of Simferopol. Despite the fact that just a few weeks ago there was a fence here, and trailers for construction were installed on the land, all construction activities were completely stopped. Earlier, the mayor’s office reported that all the necessary lease documents are necessary to start construction of a shopping and entertainment complex, but it has not yet begun. Already at the next meeting of the mayor’s office it is planned to consider the issue of further improvement of this territory. The final view of the territory will become available after the approval of all project documentation. Implementation will be occupied only by those entrepreneurs who want to take part in this.
