The pile foundation can be characterized by several differences from the usual. It is less expensive and more reliable. In addition, the pile foundation technology is simple and relatively light. It is enough to drill wells, prepare pipes from waterproof roofing material a little longer than the one dug. Then we insert the main part of the roofing material into the well, so that from 30 to 50 cm of material remains above the ground for subsequent installation. Then this structure is poured with concrete, and when water has collected in the depths (at the bottom of the well), you should not worry, though if there is already more water than ¼ total depth, then, of course, you need to pump it out.
It is necessary to use roofing material for waterproofing the foundation, since the adverse effects of moisture (especially in winter) can lead to deformation of the structure. At the same time, do not forget about strengthening the frame with reinforcement. Just a few rods with a diameter of 6 millimeters or more, fastened with crossbars every 500-600 millimeters, are enough. Do not forget about air cavities, therefore it is recommended to use a deep vibrator.
Then it is recommended to concrete the mounting joint, and weld the short rods with reinforcing tubes to the grillage hinges.
Later, these reinforced piles are connected by various methods, but the simplest and most economical is the laying of timber. Having prepared a beam of the required length and thickness, we fasten it around the entire perimeter of the foundation, and after that you can build walls. But it is not advisable to make such a foundation if a base is used, it is more difficult, expensive, and not reliable.
