Nowadays it is impossible to imagine comfortable housing without the availability of sewage system in it. And this is fully applied to suburban dachas. Many believe that the process of arranging sewage in a private house is quite laborious, but this is not so. The main condition for creating a sewage system in the house is the right choice of soil with good drainage properties.
If this rule is not taken into account, then you can encounter a problem consisting in the fact that the cleaning of the sewage system whose price will be high and the proper effect will not be obtained. Before equipping the sewer in the suburban area, first of all, you should take care of cleaning wastewater. For this, in most cases, a septic tank or cesspool will be equipped, which are further connected by draining with the sewage system of the house.
For these purposes, pipes are usually used with a diameter of 10-15 cm made of cast iron, asbestos or plastic. The pipes should be laid under a small slope in the ground to a depth of about two meters. In the process of digging the trench, it is recommended to pay attention to the evenness of its bottom. In this way, the pipeline is avoided in the process of its operation. To eliminate irregularities in the places of their presence, a pillow of sand is made.
In addition, the location of the floors in the house relative to the upper level of groundwater occurrence should be taken into account. In the case of their location at the same level, the probability is that when the sewage clip, wastewater may be directly in the house, since the law of physics on communicating vessels will work. You can avoid such a problem by installing a valve on the pipeline.
If there is no centralized sewer system on the territory of the land, and the equipment of the septic tank is not possible, then the best option for solving the problem of discharge from sewage is to arrange a cesspool. In this case, it should be located at a distance of at least 25 meters from the residential facility, and its depth is less than the depth of groundwater. Usually this indicator is more than one and a half meters. To ensure the tightness of this kind of structure, a technology for the manufacture of a cement or clay lock is used. For these purposes, you can also use wood, stone or brick.
