Demyanchuk reports that the project involves the construction of a six-storey residential building designed for 19 3- and 4-room apartments, with an area of 87-160 m2. 11 townhouses are also planned, the area of which will be 200-220 m2. It is also planned to lay paving stones in the territories adjacent to the houses.
This is the first construction project leading the line of residential clubs planned in the west, northeast and north of Moscow.
Kryukov noted that at the beginning of sales, the price of 1 m2 in the apartments of the residential club will be 170,000 rubles., and the price of a townhouse starts from 27 million. rub. In the future, their cost may reach 36 million. rub.
The land plot for construction was transferred to the company’s ownership last year, and the completion of construction, which began in October, is planned by the developer next year.
