Throughout 2012, a total of construction activities were carried out on the territory of the capital region, the total amount of which exceeds 13.5 billion hryvnia, experts of our construction resource state, citing official data provided by the State Statistical Service.
If we draw a parallel with the results of 2011, then over the past year, the entire volume of construction activities has decreased by more than 20 percent. When considering the overall structure of Ukrainian construction, the capital region accounts for about 22 percent of the total volume of relevant construction work.
Let us remind the readers of our resource that the envisaged and adopted version of the project for the socio-economic development of the capital of Ukraine for the current 2013 largely introduces significant restrictions on the construction of residential facilities. The housing program was significantly reduced. This year 2013, only four such start-up facilities are planned, which will receive funding exclusively from the city budget.
